Each customer project is reviewed independently. The selected model becomes an engineering foundation for the applicable spindle, feed, table, DRO, guarding and accessory design.

How YONGFA machines are made.
In-house machining, fitting, inspection and export preparation are carried out through a defined production process at our 35,000 m² facility in Gaoyou, Jiangsu—for both standard machines and technically confirmed custom configurations. This manufacturing base supports long-term cooperation with distributors, OEM partners and industrial buyers across global markets.

High configurability
Each customer project is designed individually.
YONGFA does not apply one fixed product template to every buyer. We review the application, destination, operating conditions and commercial requirements for each project, then develop and document the agreed machine specification for quotation and production. Proven mechanical elements remain where they support reliability.
Feasibility and available options depend on the model, application, order and destination market. Final scope is subject to technical confirmation.

In-house component machining
Core machine structures and mechanical components are machined for the specified model inside our factory.

Fit and finishing
Contact surfaces and fitted parts receive manual attention where their design and function require it.

Machine build and integration
Machined parts, mechanical systems and electrical controls are fitted, integrated and checked in sequence.

Inspection and testing
Relevant dimensions, fitted conditions and operating functions are checked before release.

Export preparation
The confirmed machine configuration is prepared for packing and shipment.

YONGFA produces and machines core structural and mechanical components in-house. Direct control of machining, fitting and critical dimensions helps us maintain consistency, support customer-specific designs and verify quality throughout production.
Machine build & verification
Mechanical, electrical and dimensional checks.
After in-house machining and fitting, each machine moves through mechanical build, electrical integration and applicable dimensional and operating checks.
Quality control
A defined process, not a single final check.
YONGFA's internal quality process covers material and purchased-standard-component control, in-house machining, fitting, completed-machine checks and control of non-conforming items. The exact inspection requirements depend on the model and its confirmed specification.
Incoming verification
Relevant materials, castings and electrical components are checked against drawings or purchasing requirements before use.
Process inspection
First-piece confirmation and scheduled checks support control throughout machining and machine building.
Machine build checks
Spindle, guideway, feed, bearing, fastening and control-panel items are checked as applicable to the machine.
Operating checks
Completed machines undergo applicable power-on and functional checks before final preparation.
Measurement control
Inspection instruments are managed with defined calibration intervals and accuracy requirements.
Control and traceability
Non-conforming items are identified and isolated, while inspection records are retained under the internal quality process.
Export preparation
Daily full-container shipments from the factory.
Voltage, frequency, accessories, documentation and packing method are confirmed for the selected machine and destination. Final technical data is supplied with the quotation.
